Beech (Year 6)

Beech Class

Beech is our Year 6 class, for children aged between 10 and 11.

Our class teacher is Mr Chetty, and Mrs Dunford and Mrs. Maving support our learning.

Homework is given out on Friday and must be returned on Wednesday.

PE is taught on Wednesday and  Friday. Please ensure your child wears their PE attire from home.

BBC Supermovers is filled with fun curriculum linked resources to get your child moving while they learn.  The website www.bbc.co.uk/teach/supermovers offers easy-to-follow active learning videos across a wide range of subjects!

 

BBC Newsround

The BBC Newsround website www.bbc.co.uk/newsround keeps young viewers up to date with the latest stories and events happening at home and abroad.  It’s the home of fun topical quizzes and the place where your child can watch the latest edition of the show!

Pobble www.pobble365.com/ is a website that provides a range of visual images, alongside  a variety of comprehension and literacy activities.
